BPS Reconstruction Phase 1 and Phase 2 Construction Close out - $2.6 Million 9/06 - 4/08Management and completion of all Phase 1 punch list and warranty items (150 items). Management of closing all construction contracts (75 prime contracts and over 250 sub-contracts), turnover of all as-built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, training on all new equipment for 10 Phase 2 BPS schools. Developed, reviewed, approved and implemented project budgets, schedules and contract bid documents. Assisted Senior Project Manager with preparation of prime contracts. Maintained timely project completion through project scheduling, expediting material deliveries and the management of material and document submittals.Negotiated, prepared, issued and executed change orders to owners, and prepare revisions to the original budget as a result of changes and revisions to the work. Developed and maintained submittal log for New Main Hospital, Medical Research Complex, Basic Science Building, Power Plant and other related sub-projects. Maintained and tracked all construction drawings and specifications starting with 60% Construction Documents.
