Responsible for Research & Development to drive new product development to market via an iconic property & location intelligence platform called Discovery. This platform allows clients that rely on data, insights, models and answers to drive growth or mitigate risk on their book of business. From core decision making analytics to predictive climate risk models responsible for the ideation, business case and new product development. This initiative is driving P&L growth in a down market.Central to the R&D function, is the R&D Discovery Center facility, a jaw dropping experience built for 3 reasons. Firstly to co-innovate with clients and partners new solutions. Secondly acting as a catalyst for New Product Development with sales, product, technology and data teams. Multiple examples including OneHome (Netflix experience between consumer and realtor), Discovery Platform (iconic property & location intelligence platform) and Climate Risk Analytics (predictive model to measure and mitigate the affects of climate change for all 200M+ structures in the US up to the year 2050). Thirdly, an inspiration to existing staff/teams and attracting new talent.

Responsible for development of the CoreLogic Innovation Development Centers, a collaborative effort with Google and Pivotal. Driving a 150+ team, multi-year, substantial capex investment, The CoreLogic Innovation Development Centers built a 21st century data manufacturing plant to serve CoreLogic core markets - Real Estate, Mortgage, Insurance and Government with must have insights on residential property to power the core processes of the real estate economy valued at $43T in the US. This core asset of the company is one of the main reasons CoreLogic was sold in 2021 for $6B in 2021.

Client: Nationwide (UK)(2010-2013) - Responsible for a multi-year, multi-vendor, multi-country 300+ team on what at the time was the largest project in Europe investing, $100s Millions to change Nationwide from a mortgage / savings bank into the leading retail bank in the UK. This was achieved.Client: ANZ Bank (Australia) (2007-2010) - Responsible for a multi-year, multi-vendor, multi-country 150+ team to introduce internet banking to ANZ's institutional clients. This was achieved.
