With extensive experience in education and in non-profit organizations, I am passionate about transforming learning environments, developing leaders, and empowering educators. As a Director of Human Resources at Elizabeth School District, I oversee the recruitment, retention, and professional development of over 300 staff members. I also provide strategic guidance and support to the district's vision, mission, and goals.In addition to my current role, I have been an educational consultant for 12 years, delivering workshops and coaching sessions to various school districts across the country. I specialize in topics such as academic vocabulary, feedback, classroom management, and planning. I have also served as a superintendent and a principal leading the improvement of student achievement, staff performance, and community engagement. Through my diverse and extensive experiences, I have honed my skills in coaching and mentoring, project management, financial analysis, and analytical skills.
