Managed several tender managers and a team of specialised tender resources (technical specialists, cost estimators, and tender coordinators). Responsible for the, at the time, newly established front end group within AKS. The responsibility involved field development studies ranging from small conceptual and feasibility studies to large FEED studies. Activity increased from virtually none to a fairly substantial volume of around 20 studies per year. Interfaced extensively with customers and influenced their early phase project development planning.
