2015 - Founding Partner & Vice President of iDriver Solutions, distributor of leading edge transportation technologies for commercial fleet operators to enhance driver safety, increase efficiency and provide operational control for commercial vehicles.Managed all aspects of start-up business, including initial funding, financial oversight, staffing, business development, sales, account management, marketing, planning and supplier relationships.

Executive Vice President of Innovative Green Technologies, LLC, a startup focused on development of profitable and sustainable energy solutions for transportation and other diesel-related industries. Responsibilities included general management of 26 employees and development of comprehensive sales and marketing strategy. Built specialized sales team for nationwide launch of two fuel efficiency technologies across the transportation, agriculture, marine, and heavy equipment sectors.

Founder and President of Delaware Diagnostic Group, LLC, operator of four independent diagnostic testing facilities in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Managed all operational activities of the business including equipment purchasing, staffing, lender relationships, finance, sales and new site selection. Grew company from one location and $250,000 in revenue to four sites with revenues of $5.5 million. Sold company to strategic buyer in Spring, 2013.

2005-2006 MBNA American Express Team. Accomplishments included securing over 2,500 affinity endorsements for the new MBNA American Express product. Responsibilities included coordination and launch of in-branch marketing campaigns for Financial Institution partners, development of Amex Home Advantage card product for Real Estate affinity partners, and day-to-day interaction with American Express Global Network Services colleagues in New York2003-2005 National Sales Executive - responsibility for development of new affinity card relationships within MBNA’s Brokerage, Mutual Fund, Insurance (BMI) sub-sector. Notable new BMI credit card partnerships included Charles Schwab, Merrill Lynch, A.G. Edwards, William Blair & Co., Thrivent Financial, Waddell & Reed, OptionsXpress and Morningstar.2001-2003 Director - MBNA Estate & Production Operations Unit within the Specialized Portfolios Division. Direct management responsibility for six teams comprised of 103 people and 6 mangers. Inward and outward Estate Units recovered over $125MM annually from probate claims, insurance claims, and deceased account balances. Production Operations responsibilities included bankruptcy collections, petition processing, Customer Assistance (collections) correspondence and customer Form-1099 processing.

1999-2001 - National Sales Executive - Launched RLC Government Services Initiative and coordinated company-wide product line rollout among 205 branch locations. Organized nationwide marketing and sales effort of transportation services to all public sector entities including the United States Military, state and local governments, and large government contractors. 1997-1999 District Operations Manager - Managed day-to-day operations of Rollins Leasing Corp. (RLC) branch facilities in Wilmington, Delaware and Salisbury, Maryland. Assumed direct responsibility for 25 employees, 120 Full Service Lease accounts, and approximately $5 million in annual revenue. Exceeded combined yearly operating plan by 32% and attained profitability at Salisbury location for the first time in company history. Two-time recipient of RLC “Award of Excellence” for outstanding sales and management performance 1995-1997 Account Manager - Responsible for new full service lease and guaranteed maintenance sales in North Chicago, IL area. Received "Quota Buster" Award for outstanding sales performance. 1993-1995 Rental Manager - Responsible for commercial rental P&L, customer account management, outside and inside sales efforts and management of $6.5MM rental fleet at RLC's Elk Grove Village, IL branch location.
