Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and controlling all aspects of the operation of the property, so as to protect the Landlord’s investment and maximize the cash flow and return on that investment, all within the established budgetary limits and Corporate and governmental policies and objectives. Responsibility to operate asset in a first class manner, with respect to maintenance, staffing, marketing, administration and general operations and to ensure tenants and customers are provided with the highest level of service and ensuring that services commensurate with the marketplace requirements.
