I have 39 years of hands-on experience in the Aerospace Quality and Aerospace Manufacturing environment. As an AS9100 lead auditor, I have obtained experience with the ISO9100 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems Processes, in Production and Quality. As Auditor, I led many types of audits, reporting all the findings to the company and began working through the RCCA process to resolve any of these findings with the corrective action. This required good verbal and written communication skills. I have hands-on inspection experience with the use of basic inspection tools and equipment along with knowledge and experience of inspection methods, techniques, and protocols. I developed an understanding of engineering and mechanical processes, standard drawings, interpreting drawings, GD&T, and aerospace specifications. I created, implemented and completed FAI’s for aircraft parts and assemblies. I use Microsoft Office for writing Word documents, PowerPoints and Excel. I understand MRP systems, with knowledge of some Quality-specific software.
