Starting as an apprentice in 1958 I have spent my working life in or around print. I moved into publishing in 1970 and, aside from a brief period in marketing and PR have been here ever since. I bought my first magazine in 1986 and now publish two specialist business-business mags in web and print formats. We focus on the fenestration industry which theese days is worth around £2bn.Our magazines have associated news websites (www.thefabricaor.pro and www.theinstaller.pro) also we publish newsletters four time weeky.In addition to the 'day job' I have been practicing tai chi since 2003 and teaching since 2009. I am an instructor member of The Tai Chi Union for Great Britain. I teach around 20 students Yang style tai chi including several 'martial artists' from other disciplines.In late 2021 I was asked to convert the Tai Chi Union's magazine: Tai Chi Chuan & Internal Arts to digital fromat, subsequently taking over as editor. The magazine has gone from strenght to strenght and we are back publishing a print edition as well.
