I hold the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification and have extensive knowledge and skills in quality assurance, cross-functional coordination, and customer relationship management.My mission is to advise strategic leaders on program status, risk mitigation, innovation opportunity, and career development for enlisted, officer, and civilian personnel. I also ensure the quality and readiness of the next generation training systems, academic syllabi, and flying training plans for Joint DoD, Partner Force, and USAF Aircrew. I am passionate about developing and empowering my team of highly motivated individuals through rigorous programs and various projects.
