I have delivered a broad range of projects in the nuclear, transport, marine, production and manufacturing industries through managing people and maintaining focus upon clear and sustainable outcomes.Approved using a 'drone' (remote control helicopter at the time) for inspection of hazardous areas in 1993 and introduced a 4 day week (doubling productivity) in 2001. I love driving forward new technology.I also have many years of experience of championing change in public and private sector organisations through working in a range of high profile roles. This has given me extensive knowledge of project management, integration of new and novel technology, managing research, business change, health & safety, environmental management and quality management. In addition to this I have specialist knowledge in engineering (systems and process), health, safety, quality, risk (both qualitative and quantitative approaches), cyber security and environmental management.
