Provides strategic advice at a senior executive level on the acquisition, administration and delivery of financial assistance programs.

•Manage the daily operations of the Program Delivery Unit including strategic and operational planning processes, new program planning and implementation, risk management, performance reporting, human resource management, and financial management; and•Ensure timely and cost effective program/service delivery, including administrative decision making in accordance with delegated authority levels.

• Responsible for a network of Medibank Private retail stores and a mobile sales force across Queensland. Required to lead, develop and motivate a team of Regional Managers & Health Insurance Specialists. • Grow the Private Health Insurance Business within the State through increased memberships and strong customer retention whilst controlling costs within established budgets.• 150 staff across 23 stores. Full accountability for State performance reporting directly to Melbourne based Executive General Manager.

• Develops, leads and delivers on a suite of Retail initiatives to reshape nab’s Australian Retail distribution.• Optimisation of branch network through site selection and development of new branch formats.

• Reported to State General Manager, 2nd in charge role for the State of Queensland responsible for developing annual operational plans and capital budgets.• Responsible for 1600+ staff, 173 Branches, • Coach a team of 15 Regional Executives to deliver superior results.• Full accountability for Balance Sheet growth and associated Profit & Loss
