I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years ( Maybe a little longer if you wish to count lugging bricks and blocks for for my uncle in high school to construct chimneys.) Once obtaining a degree in Finance from Boston College I went to work for the Flatley Real Estate Company. My responsibilities began as a maintenance manager for a 500 unit apartment company and quickly rose to oversee all marketing, renovations, management for a 900 unit apartment complex. Once leaving the company I set upon starting my own home building company in the Lakes Region of NH and have never looked back. Beginning with small homes in Wolfeboro over 25 years ago we have progressed to where we build some of the most complex and detailed homes on Winnipesaukee. During this process I have come to hold Real Estate licenses in both MA and NH as well as an unrestricted construction supervisors license in MA.

I was responsible for all of the marketing, financial and operations for a 900 unit apartment community in Nashua NH. During this time the community was completely renovated. Including putting infrastructure in for forced hot water by natural gas to replace the existing electric heat. Most of the roofs on the buildings were replaced as well as renovating the interiors of the apartments.
