In addition to this provided certified training opportunities for over 300 young people through the enterprises with 60% of them finding employment at the conclusion of their programs

Lead On enabled young people from 14 rural and regional centres across 5 states the opportunity to connect with business/community leaders and their organisations through a range of projects with community and business origins. The organisations key purpose/objectives - to educate and develop young people and build self confidence, community awareness, employability and leadership capability and utimately increase community capacity.
