Sales Advisor for Toyota vehicles and for cars on the used car lot. Duties included staying up to date on the latest Toyota product training and warranties, as well as Toyota’s financing and leasing programs in order to provide knowledgeable and excellent customer service to every customer. During off peak times, duties included following up on customer leads, making follow-up phone calls after car deliveries, lot work, and snow removal.
