Provides positive and effective leadership for the Burn Program. Is responsible for the organization of services and systems necessary for a multidisciplinary approach to care for the burn patient. This person is responsible maintaining all performance improvements and research activities of the Burn patient along with outreach education. Works closely with the Burn Medical Director to ensure a successful verified program. Ensures compliance with organizational, regulatory, and JCAHO standards.

•Deliver Care to a variety of critically ill patients (eg. all trauma patients, open heart surgeries, neurological trauma)•Certified to administer vasoactive and conscious sedations drugs intravenously.•Assist with invasive procedures (eg. ventriculostomy placement, central line insertion, Swan Ganz catheter insertion/monitoring)•Certified to care for ventilator patients.
