DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:IT/Design Department Management• Coordinate with Design, Production and Sales Departments to prioritize workflow through the IT Department.• Allocate work to IT staff according to required schedule monitoring & checking as required to meet deadline & quality requirements.• Develop, implement & monitor CAD design standards & procedures to meet customer needs.• Manage CADCAM hardware & software systems for the design team.• Train and supervise software users in core application skills and standards.• Train and supervise CNC operators in core operational skills and standards• Evaluate IT and Workshop CNC team members for their technical skills, performance and productivity.• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Sketchup, Corel Draw, Auto CAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Max and all other computer aided design.• Maximize production efficiency and quality on all CNC machines.• Take a proactive role in CNC machine maintenance.• Take a proactive role in learning software & methods to update company websites.Design/Production Department Support• Preparing SketchUp Illustrations for customer approval prior to manufacture.• Preparing AutoCAD/ArtCAM programming to execute approved designs.• Measuring equipment to assist in preparing costings.• Preparing rough drafts sketches based on an agreed brief.• Tracing tools/equipment & preparing layouts.• Liaise between IT & Production to ensure all layouts are well explained & executed.• Address issues in CNC programming and/or program execution.Sales Department Support• Assisting Sales Department as requested and in meeting & greeting walk in clients.• Working with clients, briefing & advising them with regard to design style, format & timescales.• Meet with clients to determine the project's scope.• Contributing ideas & design artwork to the overall brief.• Producing case & foam costings using company's Jobcost program.

Duties and Responsibilities:AutoCAD Engineer (Stated in S-Pass)• Develop detailed working drawings from sketches or descriptions developed by Project Engineers for As-built, Construction and Tender submission.• Develop 3D rendered drawings for minor illustrations for clients quick reference specially interior designs and some custom built furniture that needs client’s approval.• Work closely with the Designers and Engineers to ensure consistency and specifications required are maintained.• Participate in team problem solving/ brainstorming sessions and develop alternative engineering design solutions for complex problems.• Examine and check engineering drawings for compliance with required design safety factors, tolerances, and specifications.• Attending site meetings with clients, contractors and suppliers.• Site checking if required.• Maintain and update database for all revised drawings and for CAD design documentation. CNC Programmer • Producing CNC Programs from CAD drawings for the production of Custom-built designs.• Arranging production schedule base on the urgency of the projects and optimizing the machine's performance to improve efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:Technical Support Engineer• Engineer in-charge for all CNC Machine's Installation / Set-up, Demo and Training• Coordinating with our machine manufacturer for the software updates and for the solutions to be executed for all the machine's hardware and software problems.• Attending all the clients concern regarding the machines they've bought from us and going to their site or factory for servicing.• CNC Router and CNC LASER Machine maintenance• Technician AutoCAD & CAM Operator / Programmer• Designing Flight cases using Sketch-up PRO for client approval.• Making Drawings thru AutoCAD for production.• Programming a Machine file (CNC Router & CNC Laser ) using AutoCAD and Art CAM.• Converting company logos into a fully executable CNC programs• Converting and tracing design images into vectors by using Corel Draw and Photoshop.• Making job cards of the designed cases to be programmed and making it ready for production.• Making a job card illustration of the finish products.Machine Operator / Programmer• Operating both CNC Router and CNC LASER machines and other computer controlled machines.• Programming and operating Atom Press machine.

Duties and Responsibilities:Manager / Head Graphic Artist• Creates, designs and produces artwork for signage like bill boards, posters and flyers from client specifications; determines most cost effective way to meet client requirements considering legibility and space requirements.• Coordinates with client to discuss ad specifications or other work orders as needed.• Knowledge and skill in graphic design and layout.Operates various graphic design equipment such as graphic computers, cameras, printing and lettering equipment. • Writes bid specifications for jobs assigned to outside vendors; coordinates production of material with outside vendors by monitoring jobs in progress, resolving technical problems, proofing material and ensuring deadlines are met.• Conduct meetings with clients.• Attends advertising seminars and expo/ exhibits.• Submits daily progress report to the General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:Assistant Technician • Assists my senior technician in troubleshooting and fixing the equipment facilities.• Installing transmission lines for cable television.Radio and Cable TV Broadcasting Maintenance • Maintaining and troubleshooting of the transceivers, amplifiers, mixing consoles and other equipment used in broadcasting for both FM and Television.• Assisting the person in-charge in setting up the electronics equipment such as cameras, microphones, switcher, and all the equipment used in the studio.
