Daily roles consists of working with brands inside and outside the Endurance International Group umbrella to help integrate systems and products to provide to our customers.We have used the agile scrum project management methodology for over 7 years to bring strong iterative development practices to our workflow so we can improve code standards, deployments, inter-group operations, team member accountability, and a stable set of metrics to guide projected project time estimations. I am responsible for managing numerous Git repositories. All merge requests must be approved to ensure repo and code standards are followed as well as appropriate test coverage. Currently assigned to the billing development team for HostGator. My team is responsible for maintaining all payment portals and backend business libraries. This includes adding new features, refactoring code for better brand integration/operation, ensuring repos maintain a 100% pass rate for tests, and that all new code has accurate documentation and test coverage. Past:Have been involved in many different projects throughout my time at Hostgator/EIG. I began working on the QuickInstall project (a cPanel Plugin for automated web application installation) and was soon put in charge of the project after helping to push out valued features to extend QuickInstall customer satisfaction and engagement. When EIG purchased Hostgator, I was placed on the customer support development team responsible for managing our knowledgebase, chat and ticket systems. Here I supported numerous technologies and domain endpoints consisting of JSON/XML API's, search engines, ticket forms, content management system for KB and other articles, outgoing email correspondence templates/systems, chat API/frontend. Later, I helped integrate a newly acquired company's marketplace into the QuickInstall Plugin as well as provided training and documentation to the sister brand's developers who took over the project after our first deploy.

Responsible for developing new feature sets handed down by project managers to further company goals. Expected to maintain high attendance as well as accessibility to management and system architects if emergency troubleshooting/bugfixes are required for critical systems.
