Successfully delivered a portfolio of disparate projects for a NW Federal Power Marketing Agency over a 30 month period. Largest project recognized as a success at the Agency and PMO levels and elements of project delivery are being incorporated in PMO operations. REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT EXPERIENCE:Managed entire lifecycle project to select and implement a best in class Fleet Management System to support day-to-day operations of $85M of mobile assets for a NW Federal Energy Marketing Agency. Included development of all requirements, development and approval of business case, management of system selection process and implementation and deployment of the system throughout the four-state territory (15 locations). Implementation included development and testing of ten interfaces to new and existing systems, development of all to-be business processes and training and deployment to all end users.

Strategy and PlanningDivestiture of Utility Service Territory - Responsible for managing the transaction to sell PacifiCorp's smallest service territory (~ $170 million transaction). Activities include; management of all transaction efforts; acting as PacifiCorp's representative to cities, counties, and regulatory bodies in the territory related to the transaction; conducting all financial analyses related to the transaction; convening and leading all internal Steering Committee meetings; and coordinating with all parties (internal and external) to complete all necessary regulatory filings and public relations sessions. Multi-State Project (MSP) - A multi-year project working with the regulators in each of PacifiCorp's states to agree on a common method for allocating the shared costs of the company's generation, transmission and corporate functions (more than $1 billion/year). Managed the preparation of all materials and analysis for the Multi-State Process meetings and regulatory filings with five of PacifiCorp's state regulators and participated in negotiations and settlements with regulators. Primary Activities: Managed day to day activities of a team of 6 to 8 analysts and project coordinators; provided significant input to case strategy; and supported general project activities (budgeting, workplan development and tracking and management of contract resources).
