Designed and implemented windows service responsible for scheduling and executing real-time EPA-compliant calculations. Multithreaded architecture allowed calculations to be processed in parallel. Advanced logging mechanism allowed multiple clients to monitor the progress of the calculations in real-time.Designed and implemented WPF grid display widget to retrieve and display several real-time signals, instrument readings, and calculations. Multiple widgets were laid out on screens, monitored by plant operators, and provided valuable insight to system status.Implemented and maintained backward compatible WCF service and data contracts. Allowed new software changes to be released while preserving functionality for existing clients.Designed and implemented validation rule framework for EF 4 to help preserve data integrity before persistence. Designed and implemented MVC web application to manage human resource procedures for chemical weapons demilitarization project. Application maintained sensitive employee information including social security numbers and also tracked their training, security, and medical certification history. Windows Service component sent notifications and reminders to users regarding due dates and employee status. Application provided interface to SSRS offering users over a dozen reports.Designed and implemented internal web application to manage seating arrangements for top executives at Bechtel’s annual Global Business Meeting (GBM). Highly graphical user interface allowed event planners to efficiently drag and drop hundreds of participants to their seats. Application provided per-person/per-table statistics to ensure participants were seated according to demographic distributions. Ajax integration prevented post backs and provided seamless user experience.

Designed, implemented, and hosted interactive Silverlight website for local aspiring musician. Website included music and video players, photo album, online store with PayPal integration, discussion board as well as live Facebook and Twitter feeds.

Designed, developed, maintained C# code base to generate electronic data reports for submittal to the EPA. Complex business logic was driven by constantly changing federal government regulations.Designed, developed, maintained numerous features and tools for Windows Forms data acquisition and reporting software. Tools were critical to ensure customers met reporting requirements mandated by EPA.Designed, developed, maintained Silverlight application to manage configuration, integral to aforementioned environmental data acquisition and reporting software.
