Provide primary coordination between Part 91, 135, 121 & military flight operators and airfield services, including Operations, Fixed Base Operator (customer service & ramp services), Law Enforcement/Security, Customs & Border Protection, TSA and other vendors, to ensure that service requirements and airfield safety objectives are achieved. Turn Coordination - Document aircraft ground handling requirements and communicate to ramp staff, customer service staff, caterers, hotels and ground transportation providers. Monitor all flight progress to assure timely service by ground handling and customer service staffs. Identify, anticipate, and take corrective action to minimize actual/potential delays due to weather, scheduling, operations, crew legality, and maintenance issues.  Flight Dispatch - Collect and disseminate weather and aeronautical information to flight crew and airport staffs. Generate and enter ICAO format flight plans into the FAA ATC system. Airfield Safety & Security - Monitor wildlife hazards, weather and airfield emergencies that affect operational activities. Assess and issue NOTAMs regarding field conditions, closures, obstacles and other operating hazards. Monitor airport security & fire systems to assure security & safety policies are followed. Provide centralized communications and documentation during all airport, in-flight and security emergencies.
