Interfaced with Mechanical and Production Engineers, ensuring continuity. Created schematic, BOM and Gerber files. Built and implemented software algorithms to process signals into real time torque measurements. Designed automatic microprocessor-based probe calibration system. • Generated $280M in sales / 15M units by creating Front Axle Disconnect Actuator (FAD) control circuit, using non-contact Hall sensing for Chrysler and General Motors. Physical circuit variations were generated. • Drove actuator design to work in environments of -40°c to 150°C and high vibrations. • Functioned as Lead Electrical Engineer on Integrated Park Module for Ford meeting Functional Safety requirements. The electronics board uses an integrated H-bridge DC Motor Driver including thermal shutoff and current protection with 1st generation unit in production and 2nd generation unit in developm • Opened company to new market by supporting Engineering team on successful Development of CAN based Turbo Charger Actuator for Honeywell. Constructed 3-phase Brushless Motor based rotary actuator, using a microprocessor and dedicated Mosfet driver IC. Worked with team to create in-house brushless motor capability. • Designed Actuator for high temperature and high vibration Commercial Truck use. • Created software algorithm for sinewave drive of Brushless Motor & software to improve output position control. • Verified product performance by building test set including software (C and Visual Basic).

Developed the electronic circuits for moisture analyzer capable of measuring moisture in Parts Per Billion. Circuits included 2 heater controllers with total power rating of 350 watts, 24 bit A / D multiplexed front end for low level signal measuring using differential techniques and a Motorola Mcore processor section.
