Constructed 3-phase Brushless Motor based rotary actuator, using a microprocessor and dedicated Mosfet driver IC. Worked with team to create in-house brushless motor capability. • Designed Actuator for high temperature and high vibration Commercial Truck use. • Created software algorithm for sinewave drive of Brushless Motor & software to improve output position control. • Verified product performance by building test set including software (C and Visual Basic).
