Established ISGM Pty Ltd (ISGM), a start-up business in 2010 to provide outstanding customer service, safely to the Telco and Infrastructure services sectors. ISGM managed large scale customer premise installation and construction rollouts.Developing a unique capability working with large organisations to effectively manage on their behalf, complex field work, Tandem provide leading edge data capture technology and have an intimate understanding of the key drivers to manage these large ‘ticket of work’ projects including very strong customer service with safety as the number one priority.As a founding Executive General Manager, I have lead telco infrastructure projects from start-up to successful completion including leading the pricing, team/people engagement and development, field design, process and system development, field operations, safety and quality, customer KPI delivery and contract wrap-up.Recently I have been involved in new sector contract (non-telco) start-ups focusing on developing process and technology solutions for on boarding skilled building services contractors to complete in home repairs. I have also led the development of customer analytics and data reporting to drive profitability and client work completion outcomes.
