   Study & understand customer projects requirements, particular hardware or software requirements of smart BMS, and deliver to the teams Formulate delivery board, daily communicate with international customers R&D, engineering, quality and across teams to hit timeline and budget  Working closely with supply chain, engineering, technical, quality, production, logistic and track from new project initial tick off through all production stage till successful delivery  Work closely with forwarder to deal with all custom declaration work  Keep track delivery status and make sure payment safety  Assist quality to deal with customer after-sales service, ensure good clients experience Assist new suppliers sourcing, audit, cost negotiation for non-battery component  Traveling as needed for customer site meeting & trade show exhibitions
