- Preparation of Financial Statements for 47 Irish entities, 9 Bermudian and Cayman entities and 4 foreign based entities, encompassing Lease In entities, Lease In Lease Out (LILO) entities and Securitisations in FRS 101 / 102 and also conversion from US GAAP.- Reconciliation of both foreign and Irish entities accounts.- Local entity work with Auditors, filing with CRO and filing with the Irish Revenue Service.- Detailed examination and correction of legacy entities and newly acquired entities general ledgers. - Support for entity creation and liquidation.- Monthly calculation and reconciliation of 3rd party servicing charges.- Preparation of foreign entity accounts under local foreign GAAP.- Liasing with 3rd party financial support organisations with regard to foreign entities quarterly VAT and statistical submissions. - Monthly bank reconciliations in relation to I/C payments, Payroll support and Revenue. - Monitoring of legal entities processes on a quarterly basis and the implementation of corrections and improvements.- Annual Director board meetings for Irish and foreign entities.- Other adhoc Journals and tasks.

- Roll out of Core Payroll System for Stryker Irelands three manufacturing plants.- Reconciliation of new system balances.- Post Payroll Journals.- Creation and maintenance of Core BI Reports.- Preparation of payroll deduction payments, pensions, union subs, social club etc.- Preparation pf P45’s, P60’s, P30’s, P35’s and other Revenue forms.- Assist with preparation for internal and external audit.- Prepare payroll forecasts and budgets and provide analysis of payroll variances.- Completion of balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis of these accounts.- Set up of General Ledger matrix with the payroll system to run with Accounting Systems.- Weekly, Bi Weekly and Monthly Payrolls.- Cross functional continual improvements.- Other adhoc duties.

- Monthly Reconciliation of Fixed Asset Register and depreciation of assets.- Inter-company reconciliations globally encompassing 21 entities. - Reporting AP and AR Control KPI Reports on a monthly basis to Financial Controller directly and commenting on flux analysis. - Budgeted Weekly and Monthly Cash flow Statements analysis.- Handling large accounts with annual distribution and sales of over €1.5m each for aged debt reconciliation and improvement of ongoing business processes.- Analysis of specific Profit and Loss Accounts under strict deadlines.- Monthly Analysis and reporting of GL, Cost centre and Profit centre figures. - Reconciliation and ongoing process improvement of large multiples which has been implemented throughout the company.- Preparation of Annual Tax Packs for submission to Group accounts.- Monthend Overhead Variance analysis.- Weekly Unreleased Credit report and Debtors Analysis reporting. - Liaising with auditors on site until signing of accounts including annual audit for 2 entities including preparation of information needed.- Reconciliation of group bank accounts and responding to queries on a daily basis for 2 the groups main accounts with monthly deposits and withdrawals of approx €200m, along with several smaller international and domestic a/cs.- Preparation of Foreign exchange analysis and foreign bank a/c analysis for Group Tax Manager.- Preparation of Group Intrastat reports and submissions to Irish and UK revenue monthly for both UK and Irish Entities.- Control of Cheque Signing- Preparation of Accounts to final trial Balance level- Training of Finance Staff in relevant areas of SAP, including AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL accounting and Profitability Analysis. - Process Improvement Accountant- Launching, developing and managing various Projects including business process improvement project between operations and billing and also the implementation of a paperless billing system.

- Monthly Bank reconciliations for 3 companies. - Preparation of Month end P&L and Balance Sheet.- Filing PAYE and PRSI statutory returns.- Calculating and preparing Weekly and Monthly payroll for 15 staff- Ensuring Supplier invoices have been received and paid.- Filling of all company activities with CRO and Revenue.

- Record keeping of Leisure centre daily and monthly financial and membership performance and attending weekly financial performance and management meetings. - Customer relations, complaints and queries.- Staff rostering and submitting weekly payroll information.- Setting up and administration all various gym functions

- Analysis of individual purchases and sales in relation to goods which pass through the companies Holland warehouse- Completion of Vat exemption Intrastat documents to be sent off inrelation to Holland and Moscow operations.- Accounts payable management.
