John has an extensive background in marketing research spanning more than 25 years. Prior to co-founding Benchmark Consulting Group Inc., John worked as a senior research executive at Lang Research, ComQUEST Research, the Angus Reid Group (now known as Ipsos Reid), and Butler Research. In earlier years, he worked as a manager of research for some of Canada's leading food and packaged goods companies, including Procter and Gamble, Bristol Myers and Ralston Purina.John has worked extensively in the following industries: financial services (banking and insurance), hospitality/entertainment, fast food and retail.Specialties: John’s principle areas of expertise include product and concept evaluation, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
