Work with non-profit companies collecting data for Title IV, Disadvantage Business Enterprise, and other federal programs. Write and evaluate the needs of each company and determine the necessary Federal or State grants that will suit the program. Prepare and manage the timely accurate completion of all grants issued by the State or Federal Government and adhere to all regulations set forth in each grant. Oversee that all grant money is accurately entered into the correct data base quarterly as required by FTA. Work closely with Transportation Electronic Award and Management System (TEAM) and Electric Clearing House Operation (ECHO)

Manage all daily Operations, Recruit, hire and train all lifeguards, lead staff meetings and create work schedules. Create and organize class lessons and activities for children of all ages, Certified Pool Operator, manage all water safety to adhere to State and local regulations. Manage yearly budgets and capital expense projects as well as manage monthly financials. Teach children and adults proper swimming techniques and write monthly emails, flyers and newsletters for the members.
