As well as my current role in the prison Offender Management Unit as a Prison Offender Manager (band 4, operational, uniformed role) I am a member of the Staff Care Team, a listed First Aider and a Family Liaison Officer.I am also a member of the Civil Service online Lived Experience Group.Talents include customer service, marketing strategy, management, leadership, team building, sales management, retail, creative arts and photography.Interested in disability issues and representation of the disabled in the 21st century as well as penal reform and recidivism in the UK.
