Since his admission to the California Bar in June 1987, Mr. Cha’s practice has involved a broad range of matters for various business entities and their owners, which include litigation and transactional matters in real estate, labor and employment, commercial disputes, commercial transactions, trade secrets and covenants not to compete, unfair competition, and insurance law. Mr. Cha also provides employment counseling for his clients’ Human Resource managers. Mr. Cha has extensive jury and bench trial experience, as well as all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution. He provides clients with hands-on services in an efficient and responsible manner.Mr. Cha has been recognized as a "Southern California Super Lawyer" by his peers in Los Angeles Magazine, Law & Politics Media, Inc., and Super Lawyer publications.Mr. Cha represents clients in state and federal courts and at the appellate court level. His focus is on resolving disputes between and among Korean litigants who are caught-up in the legal process that is wholly unfamiliar to them.
