Provided in-store service to 54 national Home Depot Expo Design Centers for 41 lighting and ceiling fan manufacturers to drive maximum sales and profitability for both The Home Depot and the product manufacturers through effective merchandising, product knowledge training and aggressive sales strategies. Coordinated launch of 43 new stores partnering with Home Depot management to develop and implement processes which involved the initial blue print layout of the lighting showrooms, characterization of each gallery design, critical path scheduling of all tasks, vendor product shipment follow up, safety procedures and final merchandising.Assisted Home Depot management with product selection and introductions through extensive product line reviews and competitive product analysis.
