Commander (Regional Director) of the Japan District, Corps of Engineers (USACE). Senior official delivering military construction in support of 100,000 US personnel assigned to Japan. Led, motivated and developed the nearly 400 personnel organized in Program Management, Engineering, Construction, Emergency Management, Security, Safety, Acquisitions, HR, Counsel and Resource Management offices located at seven locations throughout the country.

Deputy Commander for the Transatlantic Division, US Army Corps of Engineers. The Division - through its three subordinate Districts with 1600 personnel - provides design, construction, and engineering related services throughout the Middle East, from Egypt to Pakistan, to include Iraq and Afghanistan. The Division's annual engineering program is in excess of $6 Billion. As deputy integrated of all staff (counsel, human resources, acquisitions, internal review, safety, logistics, IT, and operations) and successful resourcing and integration of our forward-deployed headquarters.

Led an organization of 260 personnel located at 5 offices throughout northern New York and Ohio.
