Profile bio

About Jack Shine

I have been fortunate to meet many wonderful people during my roles at NASA Johnson Space Center, Torch Technologies, and Lockheed Martin, and many more still at Texas A&M University during my time in undergrad and graduate school. I aim to maintain those relationships and the skills I learned at those places to build up a network and an array of abilities in the field of hypersonic research. Most recently, I started a new role at the Bush Combat Development Complex supporting basic and applied research efforts in the Ballistics, Aero-Optics, and Materials (BAM) Range. Outside of my career, I prioritize quality time with family, church involvement, hunting, and craft projects involving antique machinery and vehicles. My current hobby project is the full renovation of a 1972 Airstream trailer. This camper will be my family's home away from home on vacations and hunting trips.

Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Teamwork, Matlab, Python, and 13 others.
