I have over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and operational leadership. I started my career as a machine operator and progressively worked myself through my first organization touching all aspect's of the process from Operations, Quality, Transpiration, Sales and Marketing, to Customer Service finally achieving the role of VP of Operations. Since that time I have had the opportunity to lead factories in Maine, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and China. I have a strong Lean manufacturing background having developed this working in the automotive industry over a 10 year period. I have a deep passion for operations and can honestly say I love what I do and the teams that I have had the honor and privilege to have worked with.
