Beginning in 1980 at King Oscars in Richfield I knew I was not a B.O.H. guy. I finally got my chance to shine at the Santa Barbara Yacht Club in the early 90's. In 1993 I moved to San Diego for school and improved my knowledge, skills and abilities at Four Seasons Resort Aviara. Spent a brief time with the Hilton mission Bay as a Banquet manager. Back to Aviara for the next 10 years until moving to the San Juan Islands in 2003. Restaurant, Banquet and Catering manager at Roche Harbor Resort until July of 2005 when I purchased the Rocky Bay Cafe. I sold the RBC in August 2022 and plan on relocating to the Minneapolis area in the Summer of 2023. I have worked at over 2500 weddings, countless business meetings, incentive get aways, Superbowls, off-site events, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, fashion shows, etc. I have over 30 years of food and beverage experience.
