Defend indigent clients in criminal cases and manage all aspects of each case for adjudication in the district court at arraignments, omnibus hearings, pretrial hearings, court and jury trials, dispositional hearings, probation violation hearings, and other hearings as needed.Conduct all phases of motion practice.Supervise and advise staff including law clerks, paralegals, investigators, and dispositional advisers in the adjudication of all cases.
