Key delivery of :- multi channel sales, team development, profit and loss, payroll saving delivered annually over the last 5 years, exceeding company average NPS.I delivered a number of new store openings and re-branding of the branches in line with the company roll out.

Accountable for all stock and system related issues across two regions incorporating 32 branches.I delivered a new secure pick system in to the business that supported a significant reduction in stock loss, from DC through to branch delivery. Along with other S&S managers I supported and delivered a number of new systems in to the business, ensuring a smooth transition through effective training across my areas of responsibility.
