As owner I've provided leadership to my staff through 28 years of experience in the field. I was/am in charge of bringing new business to the company as well as delegating task to staff members on a weekly basis. The Primary goals were sustainability in a down economy, I also consulted to other companies and assited in their growth.

• Senior project manager Buckhaven construction services (client engagement)• Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to:• As senior Project manager I have been directly and indirectly involved and responsible in the execution and completion of 28M over the span of 6 multifamily complexes. • Responsible for the execution of multimillion dollar projects and starting full residential division.• Worked on completion a 5.5M 12 building 258 unit complex renovation in Greenville SC responsible for budget and deadline management along with, trade scheduling, flowcharts, owner to contractor relations and change order execution, field/ safety oversight and property management relations.

• The Great recession has forced me to diversify due to lack of sales. • Built 2 new custom 1.2M homes for exclusive clients in the television and sports field in the 07’ to 08’ fiscal year. • Director of REO for E-Bank NA. Atlanta, Ga. 09’ to Feb. 10’ on a contract basis until bank closed.• Completed 17 homes with a total of 1.8M in construction/completion and renovation costs for E-Bank.

• Began Building new & buying and flipping homes.• Started buying and flipping homes in June 2000 with an average purchase price point of 150K with renovations of 50k and sold at 299k.• Completed over 100 flips in the 6 years span, also completed over 35 +/- custom “in-fill” builds from tear down home. Price point was 799k to 1.8M in the prominent Buckhead / North Druid Hills / Brookhaven areas of Atlanta.

• Started new company out of Miami, FL. JSM Installations.• Completed over 200 renovations with varied scopes from roofs to complete restoration post Hurricane Andrew.

• Started new company out of Tampa Fla. • Built from a start-up company to a 1.4 million per yr. screen enclosures / remodeling co. in the greater Tampa / Clearwater area.• Average job was about $8500 per enclosure and remodels averaging 30 to 50K.• Shut company down due to internal partnership dispute.
