CurrentHR Generalist DutiesPartner closely with client groups to guide the full talent lifecycle, including talent development, promotions, team structure, career transitions, and off-boarding.Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on industrial and employee relations matters; maintain a thorough understanding of employment regulations and performance management best practices.Talent & Performance Management: Support key P&C cycles including OKR setting, achievement reviews, compensation assessments, and engagement surveys, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.Policy Development & Documentation: Contribute to policy creation and reviews, ensuring all resources are accurate, accessible, and uphold quality standards; manage employee documentation and contracts within HRIS.Project & Process Improvement: Manage and contribute to HR projects supporting strategic P&C goals, while actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes and systems in line with industry best practices.Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships across the organization as the main point of contact for employee and leadership queries, offering coaching and guidance on general HR matters.Compassionate Leadership: Promote an inclusive and supportive environment by consistently applying a compassionate approach in all engagements with team members, peers, and client groups.
