As a Data Analyst with the US Bank Enterprise Analytics and AI (EAA) division, I worked closely with stakeholders to generate insights from large-scale financial and clickstream data. Primarily used SQL tools (e.g., SAS, Alteryx) and Python to perform analyses on and derive actionable business insights from large, complex datasets.

Cleaned, processed, visualized, and analyzed data from a wide variety of sources to inform nonprofit program development and facilitate data-driven management decisions. Developed, managed, and delivered a number of SER's nonprofit programs, including its Certified Ecological Restoration Practitioner (CERP) program, webinar series, Restoration Resource Center database, and annual "Make a Difference Week" restoration event — managing eight committees of over 50 volunteers and utilizing diverse data sources, data analysis, and dashboards to optimize program operations.Built a number of custom web-based solutions for restoration capacity-building projects, including a PHP-based website with a dynamically populated map for SER's global "Make a Difference Week" restoration event.During my time at SER, I was able to grow SER's CERP program by nearly 50%, bringing the certification program to six additional countries across two continents. Additionally, my work with SER's "Make a Difference Week" global volunteer event resulted in roughly 20% more volunteer projects being registered through the event, 51% more volunteer hours spent on restoration projects, and 46% more invasive species being removed through volunteer projects in 2022 compared to 2021.Left this position voluntarily in March 2023 to continue my education and focus on a career in data analysis.

As Shelton Group's primary frontend web developer, I used industry-standard tools and frameworks — including PHP, JavaScript, HTML, SCSS, GitHub, MySQL databases, and Adobe Creative Suite apps (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign) — to build interactive websites and custom data visualizations for a number of corporate and non-profit clients (including Environmental Defense Fund, Cotton Inc., HunterDouglas, and CertainTeed Insulation). See my portfolio website at the top of my LinkedIn page for project examples.I also worked closely with Shelton Group's marketing team to design, visualize, and monitor real-time analytics dashboards for key metrics (e.g., CTR, number of users, bounce rate, etc.) related to client marketing campaigns, utilizing business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau and Google Data Studio) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics). Additionally, I regularly used SQL to run queries on and calculate summary statistics for data stored within large MySQL databases.During my time at Shelton Group, I was an active participant in the agency's Agile project management methods and gained firsthand experience as a member of an Agile team. I left this position voluntarily to focus on my two-year master's program at NTNU (2019-2021).
