Provide service and support for end users. Duties include the support of all desktop hardware, software, and network issues

Provide excellent customer service while evaluating, diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment. Installation assistance providing technical support for upgrades, training and other special service programs to support field service. Installation, troubleshooting, phone technical support, field technical support, product testing and product training. Responsible for ordering, organizing, and managing parts effectively (e.g., maintaining accuracy and returning parts on a timely basis). Updated Service request database and any assigned administrative tasks on a daily basis. Maintained technical knowledge through formal and informal training so as to stay current with new product offerings. Effective communication, time management, organizational, and analytical skills. Onsite and/or remote assistance involving remote software installation, onsite hardware installation, testing of all equipment and training clients to fully understand the product and maintain service with high standards.

Worked with sales to make sure all orders were correct and shipped in a timely manner. Resolved customer issues regarding billing, shipping, orders or any negative customer feedback. Ordered all office/computer supplies and equipment.

Built/repaired computers for company staff. Developed Outstanding relationships with various computer and office equipment vendors resulting in savings of thousands of dollars for all computer hardware and software including office supplies.
