My responsibilities include but are not limited to : - Assisting in the day to day functions of the company- Answering phones and professionally assisting customers on a daily basis (Reservations)- Making bus charter quote/estimates- Taking payments in the form of Credit/Debit Cards, Cash & Checks daily- Working front office, dealing and handling customer questions and making reservations- Dispatching Buses for Charters and or line runs & performing detailed instructions to driver's for their trips. - Making maps (for drivers) and bus signs (for charter customers)- Making and printing driver trip orders for daily trips- Keeping records and maintaining organization of paper work- Checking Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR's) and making sure all information is written properly and is signed off on appropriately. (Mileage, Inspection information, Signatures)- Checking and maintaining mechanic maintenance work orders.- Checking and maintaining driver's logs from previous trips. (Making sure they are all reaching Department Of Transportation (D.O.T) Standards- Assists during Department Of Defense (D.O.D) Audits
