Responsible for creating SQL queries and Python/Google Script scripts to automate reporting, and creating Tableau dashboards to provide feedback for buyers and management. Managed data analysis for multiple large projects including vendor tiering. Responsible for ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy during data migrations, as well as keeping all team reporting GDPR-compliant. Additionally working on internal process automation such as automated backups of queries.

Working across multiple teams in order to aid in delivering new innovations, and to provide support as required on projects. Assisting with development of new products and services, supporting collaborations with technology partners and assessing suitability of new markets for entry.

Working as part of a team to build surveys using in-house software, distribute them to several thousand people, collect and analyse market research data using SPSS, before presenting it to clients using Powerpoint and creating infographics using InDesign. Amidst other projects, was also responsible for a large project in conjunction with the Institute of Fundraising, writing a 50-page report before laying it out in InDesign for publication ahead of a major conference on the work. I have been involved with this tracker report for the last two years.
