In Asia Pacific WPP occupy 5.4 million square feet Roles and responsibilies•Define project goals in terms of contract, cost, schedule and physical requirements (Project Brief);•Prepare request for proposal and solicit proposals from consultants;•Review proposals, interviews and make award recommendations for consultants;•Negotiate consultant contracts for review and approval by WPP;•Determine other necessary capital requirements associated with the project;•Determine technical requirements (i.e., computer room, back-up power, specialty lighting, specialty systems, etc.) in collaboration with the Client , internal I.T. Group (and / or nominated consultant);•Represent client during design process;•Provide value engineering of alternate methods and systems – provide detailed breakout budgeting of options;•Co-ordinate information from and between the Client user and project team members;•Provide input to constructability, methods and materials; for LEED accreditation across new projects•Undertake final review of all documents prior to bid.•Establish Preferred Supplier Agreements with Consultants across key cities;•Mediate and solve construction conflicts that may occur;•Manage contract close-out;
