In retail operations I have expertise in profitable business operations both during periods of rapid growth and a rapid contraction (Recession), strategic and operational business planning and execution, customer acquisition, innovative and effective lifestyle marketing, retail sales, e-commerce sales, inventory management, employee management and retention, public speaking, media relations and production of major promotional events. My experiential background combines business operations and a business law trial practice providing a unique perspective including risk management and corporate governance.I provide advisory services to individuals and corporations. I have served and do serve on corporate and non-profit boards and advisory groups both as a member and as board chairperson. Currently, I am engaged in providing consulting services and as an owner and manager of a company working to commercialize intellectual property through a pharmaceutical that reduces damage to the heart and brain during an ischemic event.
