As the Director of Product Management and Strategic Accounts at Low & Bonar, a subsidiary of Freudenberg Performance Materials, I lead a team of five professionals who manage the Colback and Enka product lines, two innovative nonwoven technologies that use bicomponent yarns and 3-D shaped products. With over 15 years of experience in the nonwoven, technical textiles, and pulp and paper products industry, I have a comprehensive technical understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management, as well as a strong background in marketing, sales, and sales team management.I am responsible for overseeing the P&L, cost accounting, pricing structures, contracts, and new business development for more than $12M in strategic account business. I also drive new avenues of business within key accounts and manage a technical training program designed to quicken field results for these customers. I am a member of the regional leadership team for the Asheville site, where I contribute to the strategic vision and direction of the organization. I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders, and that enhance the performance and sustainability of our products. I am also an experienced traveler, having worked and collaborated with diverse teams and cultures across EMEA, APAC, and LAD regions.
