My responsibilities at Lakeview Hospital included providing management and leadership to the Facilities team, including engineering, EVS and security. I was also a project manager and the Environment of Care leader. I served on the Green team to champion sustainability and partner wtith other departments in lean efforts. Successful projects included HVAC upgrades, web based building automation implementation, emergency power supply system overhaul, landscape redesign and multiple construction and remodeling projects.

My responsibilities included leadership of the Plant Operations team including engineers, carpenter, painter and groundskeeper. I served as the Safety Officer and Chairperson for the Environment of Care and Standards committees. I also served as Construction and Project Manager. During my tenure major improvement was evident in the grounds, HVAC, energy efficiency, risk reduction, and many renovations. Major efforts included installation, operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment, rebuilding of the Emergency Electrical System, Building Automation System, CMMS and many others.
