In the late 80's I began my professional journey in the investment banking division of Great American Bank in San Diego California. Great American was then sold to Wells Fargo in 1990. In 1993, a vacation to Costa Rica not only led me to purchase 175 acres in Playa Panama but also instigate a bold move. I resigned from my role at Wells Fargo and embarked on my first Real Estate development project in Costa Rica. Despite the challenges of not having local contacts, lacking fluency in Spanish, and being away from family and friends, my unwavering resolve drove me forward.Three decades later and acquiring my Costa Rican citizenship, I am blessed with a loving family of six children, five dogs, and a diversified successful career, with real estate development remaining my true passion. My accomplishments have been guided by divine intervention and a persistent never-give-up mindset. Over the years, I've had the privilege of generating thousands of employment opportunities, aiding tens of thousand individuals through my charitable family foundation and making a significant impact on my community.
