Charged with responsibility of designing, implementing, building and supporting the new Target Corp Alarm and Communications Center. Liaise with IT partners in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting SQL 2008 and 2012 hardware and SCCM software. Plan and implement both application and Windows OS upgrades, patch remediation and quarterly access review audits. Provide both level I, II & III hardware and software support for 250+ desktop PC’s, laptops and peripherals in multiple Target HQ locations to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) were met or exceeded. Lead strategic initiatives for improving infrastructure. Spearheaded infrastructure development of Dayton Hudson Alarm & Communications Call Center, managing a budget of $12M and operational deadlines of 12 months. Project planned, constructed, and operational in less than 6 months, with cost savings of $5.1M on investment Project Manager responsible for spearheading new business unit projects from concept through implementation, including both internal and external (vendor) stakeholders as critical partners Acted as a liaison for project release and typically perform analysis supporting the business strategies and objectives of the call center. Interface with partners to ensure successful completion Collaborated with internal partners to understand the business needs and requested solutions Coordinated the implementation of ServiceNow module into Alarm Center support environment to monitor and support Level 1, 2 & 3 tier support for all hardware and software services and working with testers, developers and 3rd party vendors on issue analysis and defect resolutions Successfully completed all projects ahead of schedule and under budget; received many accolades Administration support for desktop and laptop PC’s across multiple company departments under Windows 7 OS, managing life-cycle replacements, supporting upgrades and break fix solutions
