Nomaco is a privately owned manufacturer of foam products created primarily through the extrusion of Polyethylene and Polypropylene. This included multiple data cleaning sprints to bring multiple data sources into one usable structure. I also had numerous data gathering sessions across the Production, Operations, Purchasing, and Planning teams in order to turn user requirements into functioning processes in Dynamics.Through using data analytics and APICS methodologies I was able to reduce product changeover expenses by ~60% for a key aggressive growth category.I created a process for the development engineering team to be able to easily calculate the most financially beneficial production quantity for new products based on the limitations of storage cost and the cost of manufacturing.
