I have worked for 27 years testing food, feeds, pharmaceutical and consumer products. I have been working in enforcement and commercial laboratories and was awarded the MChemA in 1996. I was public analyst for Derbyshire for 4 years before joining Global analysis and then Eclipse Scientific.I now work for Intertek Testing services where I act as the technical director for their food aboratories around the world. In addition I have given advice and support to small, medium and large food manufacturers in the areas of legality including food labelling, HACCP, hygiene, nutrition and interpretation of test results.Specialties: Food law, Food labelling, Hygiene and food standard inspections,HACCP, food testing and interpretation of results, method development for food laboratories.
