I have over 30 yrs experience with the Department of Education, the last 15 as a School Principal. Skilled in Leadership, Curriculum & Assessment Development, Project Management and International Education. Began as a history/economics teacher in QLD high Schools (Years 7-12) and later took on leadership positions - I have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, proven leadership skills, excellent Strategic Planning capabilities, effective communication skills (verbal and written) along with experience managing multiple teams. I have a passion for leadership learning and development of aspiring leaders. Outside of work, you’ll find me on the golf course, at the ballet or movies or immersed in a game of on-line chess. Deep reflective thinker - I engage and have a strong interest in Politics, Philosophy, Economics and Social Ethics.
